Governance
Central Wisconsin Christian School is governed by a 12-person board, elected in an annual meeting each spring by association members.
The school board determines policies, sets the vision for Central Wisconsin Christian School, and directs a superintendent and administrative team to carry out its policies. Any member of the association, except for an employee of the school, is eligible to serve the school as a board member. Annually the board nominates a slate of candidates for board membership and the association votes for members of the board from this slate.
The school’s Superintendent, building principals (4K-8 and high school), and the Director of Advancement form the executive leadership team; together they serve the staff, students, and association in carrying out the school’s mission.
