ORDER EARLY!!!  Due to the high volume of orders received by Great Lakes SCRIP (our national retailer supplier), shipping and processing times may be delayed.  Therefore, it is possible that you will not receive your national certificates in your TRIP envelop on Friday.  We want you to be aware of this possibility and encourage you to order your national certificates a week before you need them, if possible.

Are you interested in using TRIP?  Our best advice:  START SIMPLE.  Purchase $25 or $50 thru the school office (Cash and Carry) and use the gift cards for your purchases.  You'll be surprised how $50 each week can turn into savings on your school registration/tuition costs.  As you become more at ease with the program, we encourage you to use an order form (also available online or in the school office.)

Are you or your family members planning on purchasing gift cards during the holiday season?  Why not use TRIP?!  Save on registration and tuition costs by using TRIP for purchases you would normally make.

Use AVON TRIP certificates to place ofers in the school office anytime during school hours.  Certificates (14%) are available thru the order form or Cash and Carry.  Catalogs are also available!  Cindy Broadway, our AVON representative, will be giving away gift baskets in December.  All orders received during November and December will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win.  Start your Christmas shopping now....Avon products make great gifts and stocking stuffers!

October 2009 - Highlights

Business Updates:

Aeropostale is a new TRIP retailer. $25 gift cards are available with a 6% contribution. Gift cards can be redeemed in the store or online at aeropostale.com.

AVON, Cindy Broadway, can be ordered any time thru the TRIP envelop or purchased thru Cash and Carry.  However, Mrs. Broadway will only be ordering Avon products on certain dates.  These dates are Oct 20, Nov 17 and Dec 15.  Please contact Mrs. Broadway to use your Avon gift certificates.

Penn Central Mall gift certificates can be redeemed at the following stores: ArrowQuick/ArrowGraphix, Cellular Specialists, Curves, Gardner Collier Jewelry, GNC, Glory Nails, JCPenney, Maurices, Penn Central Eye Clinic, Regis Hairstylists, Spirit Store, and Wood N Stuff. Gift certificates are available in $5, $10 and $20 amounts with a 4% contribution. Penn Central Mall is a cash and carry business also which means it is available in the school office at any time and can be used immediately.

Eagles Nest has increased its contribution from 4% to 14%.

Visa Rewards Cards are now available in $25/$50/$100 denominations at a 1% contribution.  These cards are perfect for shopping or taking on vacation.  You must know your balance when making a transaction and push the "credit" button.  If using at a gas station, you must pay the attendant instead of using it at the gas pump.  For additional information, check www.glscrip.com , "what's new" link.

Just a reminder that JCPenney is no longer accepting gift cards to pay off your credit card balance.

If you haven't already done so, please stop in the school office and re-register with the TRIP program.  We ask everyone to re-register each year so that we make sure that your earnings are directed toward the correct account.  Also, new this year, is an option to receive a payout of your earnings in January.  Please check "yes" if you would like to take advantage of this option.
